Summary: Hotel was beautiful and well kept, However we found out that there are additional charges for parking at the location when reservation said free parking. They failed to explain how the breakfast we paid for with the reservation worked at check in. We needed vouchers that should have been provided at check in. We had to call and request housekeeping our second day there as they skipped our room two days in a row for some reason. Outside of these issues it was a beautiful hotel!

Summary: This place was big and spacious with lots of room. Great find for a romantic getaway and to decompress. Lots of restaurants close. We walked to Pappadeaux next door!

Summary: The room's cooling was inadequate at night. The toilet ran constantly, and the bathtub drained slowly. The gym's location on the second floor was difficult to find, and the hallways leading to it were poorly lit. The gym itself needs updating. My wifi connection was unreliable in the room. Additionally, breakfast service was slow and understaffed. However, front desk service was prompt and excellent.

Summary: Normally I do not write negative reviews. But this place felt so unsafe. I tried to check into our room early in the day and was denied which was fine. When asking if we could switch it was not possible bc they were sold out. I asked if I could at least get a quiet room and was denied. Also I understand the at if the hotel is full. The staff member stated she would give me a call when the room was ready and never did. When we came back that night there was literally police, fire and ambulance at the front drop off entrance with dead person face up from the hotel right by the door. Out in the open. Also simultaneously there was a prom going on as well. So there were teens being dropped off and picked up by the person who passed. While walking past this all to check in the staff was rude both valet and the front desk staff. When I asked the staff about the chaos outside she said I don’t know I guess there is dead guy outside. Also I realize the hotel was sold out, but where the room was located was noisy. It faced the highway and was the closest to ice machine and elevator. When arrived in the room there were large stains all over the couch and there was hair in the bathroom. I would not recommend others to stay in the future and would have left but the fact our drive is too far to start late at night.
